From CD:
1. If you do not have Microsoft Access 2000 or wish to keep this application independent of it, then you first need to install the Microsoft Access 2000 Runtime located in the folder "Microsoft Access 2000 Runtime". To do this, run SETUP.EXE in that folder. It is safer and wiser to use all the defaults when asked questions by the installer. Click the "Install Now" button.
2. Next, run Setup.exe from the root folder on the CD to install the application.
3. The 1st time you run your application, or any time you move the file "sdKennelD.mdb", you need to link to this file. The software will detect this and step you through it. (If you defaulted the install folder during installation, just hit ENTER. SdKennel will look in the default folder unless otherwise specified.)
From web:
Installation is the same, except there are separate downloads for the runtime and the application. The download files on the web have extensions of "exeSD". When downloading, rename the extension to "exe". They are self extracting files. Place them in a folder, self extract them. In each case, SETUP.EXE will be in the list of extracted files, run that to install.
